Ryan Ham, CPA, Joins GRF CPAs & Advisors as Partner in Tax Services

With more than 18 years of experience in providing tax advisory services to businesses and individuals, Mr. Ham brings a wealth of expertise in the technology and government contracting sectors.

Mr. Ham’s primary focus will be on tax planning and compliance for S-corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, consolidated corporations, and individuals. He possesses extensive knowledge of the government contracting industry and has established himself as a trusted advisor in this field. Mr. Ham’s key specializations include mergers & acquisitions, IRC Section 199A deductions, research and development credits, complex partnership allocations, and multi-state taxation.

Mr. Ham earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and holds a CPA license from the State of Maryland. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).
