DMJ IT Professional Earns CISSP Credential

GREENSBORO, NC – DMJ & Co., PLLC, a North Carolina based CPA and accounting firm, is pleased to announce that Eric Panknin, MCSE, of DMJ & Co., PLLC (DMJ), has been awarded the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential. This certification is widely considered the gold standard for security and IT professionals. The credential documents their proven technical and managerial competence, skills, experience, and credibility to design, engineer, implement, and manage information security programs to protect organizations from growing sophisticated cyber-attacks, such as the ransomware assaults that may target businesses, healthcare organizations, and government agencies.    

Eric Panknin, MCSE, CISSP joined the firm in 2009 and is an IT Consulting Manager for DMJ’s North Carolina offices. Eric earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In his pursuit of a more formal education in his field, Eric became a Certified Novell Administrator, Certified Citrix Administrator, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Eric also maintains the MCSE certification, which he has seen through three core network operating systems.
